Return Process

Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Secure the Packaging
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton, including all original diamond certificates and documentation.
- 3.Ship Your Item
Affix the provided insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
